1. Make an Online Appointment

You must book an appointment through the COOL system (Cashless Online Ontime LessContact):

 https://kemlu.go.id/singapore/en/pages/imigrasi/1163/etc-menu

Choose “Layanan Imigrasi – Perpanjangan Paspor WNI” (Immigration Services – Indonesian Passport Renewal).

Priority is given to:

• Passports expiring in less than 6 months
• Lost or damaged passports

2. Required Documents

Prepare the following (bring originals + photocopies):

✅ Completed PERDIM‑11 application form

✅ Current passport (original + photocopy of bio page)

✅ Work permit or Singapore ID (original + copy)

✅ Employer’s NRIC copy (if applicable)

✅ 2 passport photos (white background, 3.5×4.5 cm) – optional, as photos may be taken on-site
