Delivery Terms

1. General
1.1 These delivery terms (hereinafter referred to as the
"Terms") apply to all delivery services on Wesley Marketplace online shopping
platform (hereinafter referred to as the
"Company"). Furthermore, these Terms establish the delivery agreement
between customers (hereinafter referred to as "Users" or
"Customers") and the Company.
1.2 Users agree to all the conditions of these Terms when
placing an order on the platform. The Company reserves the right to modify the
Terms without prior notice to Users. Users should regularly check for any
updates to the Terms.
1.3 These Terms shall not violate applicable laws and
regulations. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable,
that part shall be interpreted to the maximum extent permissible under the law,
and the remaining parts shall remain valid.
2. Delivery Area
2.1 The Company will provide delivery services within
certain delivery areas. The delivery areas will be announced on the platform
and may be subject to change at any time.
2.2 Users should ensure that the delivery address provided
when placing an order is within the Company's delivery area. If the delivery
address is in an unsupported area, the Company reserves the right to reject the
order.
3. Orders and Delivery Times
3.1 Users will receive a confirmation of their order after
completing it on the platform. The order details will include information about
the ordered products, prices, quantities, and the delivery address, among other
things.
3.2 The Company will make its best effort to process and
dispatch the User's order as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary based
on circumstances and will be communicated to Users upon order confirmation.
3.3 Users should ensure the provision of the correct
delivery address within the expected delivery time to ensure timely delivery.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses
provided by Users.
4. Delivery Charges
4.1 Delivery charges will be determined based on the
specific details of the User's order, the delivery address, and the Company's
pricing policies. Users will be able to view a breakdown of the delivery
charges when placing an order.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to adjust delivery
charges as necessary and will provide advance notice to Users.
5. Delivery Progress
5.1 Once an order is confirmed, the Company will arrange
for delivery as soon as possible. During the delivery process, Users can track
the order's status and estimated delivery time through the platform.
5.2 Delivery personnel will contact Users upon delivery and
Users should ensure they provide necessary assistance to receive the order.
5.3 If Users are unable to receive the order, delivery
personnel will attempt to contact Users. If contact cannot be made or delivery
cannot be completed, the order may be returned, potentially incurring
additional fees.
6. Delivery Damage and Returns
6.1 Users should inspect the condition of the goods
immediately upon receipt of the order. If any goods are found to be damaged or
defective during the delivery process, Users should immediately contact the
Company for appropriate support and resolution.
6.2 The Company will handle the return or refund of damaged
goods based on the nature and extent of the damage. Users should adhere to the
Company's return policy.
7. Delivery Delays
7.1 The Company will make its best effort to ensure orders
are delivered according to the estimated delivery times. However, due to force
majeure or other unforeseen events, delivery may be delayed. The Company will
notify Users in advance whenever possible.
7.2 Delivery delays do not constitute a breach of these
Terms, and the Company is not responsible for any losses, including but not
limited to economic losses suffered by Users as a result of such delays.
8. Terms Modification
8.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
