Return Policy

III. Return Procedure

     2. Select the order you want to return and click on "Request Return."

     3. Complete the return request form, providing the required information and photos and explaining the reason for your return.

     4. Our customer service team will review your return request within 3-7 days and inform you whether the return is approved.

     5. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for the return, including the return address and method.

     6. You must complete the return within the specified time frame. Failure to do so will result in us not accepting your return request.

     7. Once we receive and inspect the return, confirming its eligibility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide an equivalent product or item exchange, depending on your choice.

 

IV. Refund Processing Time

      1. Once we receive the return, we will process your refund within 7-14 days.

      2. The refund will be returned to your original payment method, and the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the processing speed of your payment service provider.

 

V. Cases Not Eligible for Return

      We will not accept returns in the following cases:

      1. Damage caused by regular use and wear and tear of the product.

      2. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food items, personal hygiene products, or other hygiene-related products.

      3. Special-order or personalized items, as well as any modified or processed products.
